Dear friends:
In March 2008, due to my age, I retired from the Chairmanship of the Board of Directors of the Trust of BBVA Colombia and also as Chairman and Main Member of the Board of Directors of BBVA Colombia (formerly, Fiduciaria Ganadera and Banco Ganadero, respectively).
Likewise, after 15 years, I retired as manager and founder, member of its Board of Directors and Permanent Adviser of Termoflores S.A. ESP (450 MW of thermal gas generation) located in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia. This industry was sold to “Colinversiones” in December 2007 (Sindicato Antioqueño, one of the most respected entrepreneurial organizations in Colombia).
Therefore, now having the free time to carry out consulting processes in banking, electricity generation and public services as well as a Real Estate, Warehouse and Refrigerator Business Consultant in Central America from 2007 to date.
